Been a while since I have had a chance to blog. Been busy, been working, been recovering from this really horrible stomach virus going around work. Also, drumroll please, been planning the next vacation, which I am uber-excited for. Get to see another person from my Cool Wall in the flesh. (Swooooooooooon.) There is really no substitute for rolling in a great city with great friends meeting someone you adore and NOT having to work in the meantime. Hellz yeah. More to come on that in a while.
So the universe blessed me today with a funny. I saw a photograph of an ex and it was really . . . I dunno, sad might be the best word for it. He is not much older than me but he now looks like he is about 45. He was wearing an old man's fishing cap and everything about him screamed: I am a grandpa, I have given up. This person is barely 30; he should not have given up on life already. Anyway, I saw where he'd written an ode to The Stig from Top Gear and I had to laugh because if you read this blog much you know that TG is one of my favorite shows and I indeed have the autographs of all the Top Gear boys. And I just thought of how BAD a driver this guy was when he and I were dating and how he always has driven ghetto-mobiles and I was like, "What in the hell makes him think he is on par with Stiggy?" Plus he's a ginger so, I mean, we know how Jezza Clarkson would treat him:

Something else I found odd is that he is friends with one of his ex-girlfriends quite publicly yet there is no mention whatsoever of his wife. Makes me wonder what is going on in that situation. I have the feeling that if she knew, she would kick him in the nuts.
