"I'm old and give out."

I think Karl Childers put it best . . . "I'm old and give out." God knows I surely feel exhausted this evening. Been a bad blogger of late, due in large part to working my effing ass off. This is good-- very, very good, don't get me wrong. I would much rather have job security (or at least a sense of it) in this economy. But I am bone-weary tired.

Stream of consciousness moment: I just realized Family Guy is on another channel and had a momentary flash of excitement there, LOL. Doesn't take much on days like this.

Things I am generally tired of:

*Being tired. I am happy to be working and I am loving some of the new responsibilities I am taking on at work but I just wish I could get ahead on my sleep. I feel like a good round of hibernation would be great. Like a day to just sleep and be utterly lazy without consequence.

*The cold weather. It really needs to go the hell away. I have had enough of it being 70 one day and 30 for the next three days thereafter.

*Allergies/sinus problems. No wonder with the weather being so damn changeable. The constant runny nose, the sneezes, the coughs. Go awaaaaay.

*People coming to work sick as dogs to spread their germs. If you are that bad off, please stay home.

*Netflix taking a long time to give me what I want. They did this to me before with The Saint and now I have been going through it with Dark Shadows. I am very nearly to the point where Barnabas Collins shows up in the flesh and I am excited to get on with the program. So having to wait for 2 weeks has aggravated me.

Uggh. Sigh. Too tired to write more.

More to come.
