Sadly, it was eponymous

I wanted to like Bullet to the Head since I am an admitted Stallone fan. But it bored the hell out of me and I found myself checking my watch even though it was only 90 minutes. Seemed like way more talking than action. Long discussions with nothing happening punctuated with occasional pops of gunfire or fist fights. There was nearly more action in the lobby because a fat turd cut in front of a big group of us unabashedly and I was tempted to punch him in the face for it. During the commercials before the movie, there was a promo for that Snitch movie with The Rock. Some kid in the back read my mind when he said, "I can't wait for the next GI Joe." Here, here. The lady who plays the daughter looks like a slightly cleaner version of Amy Winehouse and the mercenary villain guy reminded me of a male stripper. Seems like he could have been in Magic Mike. I hate to say it but it was eponymous. It made me feel like I had a bullet to the head.

Now I am waiting on this Iron Man 3 trailer to play during the Super Bowl. It was a long week last week. I had so many meetings scheduled back to back on Friday that I was brain dead by day's end. In fact, I was still tired and feeling antisocial yesterday. One highlight is that FX showed a heavily edited version of Snakes on a Plane and the line became, "I have had enough of these monkey fighting snakes on this Monday through Friday plane!" I laughed so hard. They didn't even try to get close to anything that made sense. It would have been better to bleep than to dub in that case. Monkey fighting snakes. What the hell, LOL.

Wait a minute . . . Was that just it?!?!?! Was that all? Tony Stark getting some people from the plane. That was like almost nothing. Is there more coming or what?
