Neanderthals do not evolve in a decade's time

Here's a nugget of wisdom from me to you, fair readers.

A man who looked like a hairy Neanderthal as a teenager with bad fashion sense and a general sense of awkwardness will continue to look and act like a Neanderthal as a grown man.

The take-home, succinct version of this lesson, kids, is this:

A decade is not enough time for a Neanderthal to evolve into a full-fledged groomed homo sapien.
