On the Air in Reno

How awesome am I? I got mentioned on the radio today. Because I am so fly, so cool. Or something like that.

I’ve been listening to radio stations online because, quite frankly, the Top 40 station in Tulsa plays the saaaaame songs ad nauseam and it gets agitating after an hour. They literally played “Bartender” at 8:30 and then again at 9:30. The final straw was when they played that “You Can Put the Blame On Me” Akon song and then, on the very next song, they played that Wyclef mess featuring Akon. And something called “The Cupid Shuffle” that sucked ass. So I was like, “Forget this.” I found this station called KWYL 102.9 in Reno and gave it a whirl. And I must say: it rocks the mic right. Check it out. You can find them online at
www.wild1029.com.

Alright so I requested a tizzy tune—some of you may know it—Rooney’s “When Did Your Heart Go Missing” because that’s the friggin’ cut right now. I told the DJ I was listening all the way in Oklahoma and she gave me a shout out. That’s how the cool kids do it. Her name’s Brittany. LISTEN TO HER SHOW. I give it mad props.
