After months of tedious, torturous searching . . .

I GOT A HOUSE.

More details will be forthcoming. So now you will get to hear my trying tales of things like home inspections, closing costs, and preparations for moving in the home. Then, once I take possession of it, you'll get to hear the woes of repairs and improvements and the dirty things the previous owners left me to clean. Oh yeah-- and how damned expensive the cost of living is nowadays. I'm sure that will be included.

It's all good though. I am so happy right now I feel like I could burst.
